Staying here made our vacation just that much better. The location is also perfect as it is very close to downtown Pentwater and only a quick drive to ludington. "The home was large enough for all of us to spread out and each have our own space. It was nice to have the extra fridge in the garage for beverages. Lots of toys in the garage for the beach. Beach was further away than expected and definitely needed the golf cart. This piece needs to be in the description more clearly. The house is in a wooded community with lots of nature and we spotted many deer. All in all we had nice time and homeowner was available when needed "

"I was here with my family for 5 days. We had a wonderful time. The cabin has a great vintage feel to it. It reminded us of our family cabin in the U.P., just not as secluded. It had all the amenities that we needed for our stay and was very comfortable. The area beaches were easily accessed and beautiful. Make sure to go to Bortell's up the street for some fried, smoked or fresh fish! It is well worth it."

"Nice home, newly remodeled kitchen and main floor bath. Good location, in a quiet residential area, short walk to downtown and beach. Very comfortable, well stocked with everything a family of four needed. The host, Nicki, was super responsive, and got back to us almost immediately anytime we contacted her. "This is one of those places you want to keep a secret but it’s too special not to share. Finding a rental on this stretch of Lake Michigan that is furnished nicely, well appointed and without a million stairs to the beach is not easy, but this home checks all the boxes. Gorgeous views from almost all the rooms. And Juli was very helpful and responsive. Pro tip- well water can have a funny taste/smell so bring extra bottled water. Everything else you may need is there!"

"We had a wonderful time staying here. The cottage was just as described and worked great for us. I loved how many windows there were and the nice ceiling fans. Since we were up the hill the breeze was really lovely. The living room and deck were the perfect places for us to hang together. We were amazed by how few bugs found us up on the deck! Rob was easy to communicate with, and quick to respond to questions. The people we met on the beach loved to talk about their love for the area. So fun to meet such nice people! The beach is the best we’ve been to so far on the Lake, and Pentwater is a fun town to explore. You can walk to the main drag with shops and restaurants easily on the beach. My son was a big fan of AJs mini golf and go carts down the street. And we loved being close to Silver Lake dunes and Ludington. Thank you for sharing your cottage with us Rob!"
