Hassle-free night stay at JB

Good for hassle-free stay. Very near to Legoland. Car or own transport is a must. Units are large enough to accomodate 4-5 pax comfortably.

Spacious but Poorly maintained apartment

The check in process is troublesome cos key collection is different location from apartment. This is also not communicated beforehand and the contacts given has no response. The apartment is really spacious but was poorly maintained. Most of the ceiling were mouldy and there is ant nest at main door with many ants crawling around despite wiping clean the place ourselves.

Property cleanliness was very disappointing. The dish drying rack was covered in dust and mould. The only 5 plastic cups were left there for drying and were full of dust on arrival. There is only spoons and forks for use no teaspoons or knives. One pan and 4 bowls for use. A very old sponge was left for dish washing, no other cloths and we had to buy cloths to use. This is disappointing for a self catering unit. The fridge needs a good clean and is dirty. The showers would need cleaning attention. There was a mop but no broom. The beds are Super uncomfortable and the springs are a killer to sleep on. There is wifi and aircon which work as expected. We had booked for three nights but did not stay the third night as we couldn’t take sleeping another night on the beds.

Nice place for family stay

The apartment is very close to Legoland. It was very secure with 24 hours guards. There was a slight confusion at the time of checkin where initially it was communicated that the key will be available in the letterbox. However at the last minute we were asked to come and pick the key from the management office at the Mall of Medini. In the end after waiting for 15-20 mins at the apartment lobby we were delivered the key. The apartment is quite spacious and the rooms were nicely done with hello kitty theme. We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights there are no food outlets or grocery stores nearby. Grab is generally available and Puteri Harbour is just 5 mins drive from the apartment

Very security property. There is a really good kid's play ground and swimming pool. One of the bathroom space is too small, so all of us only use one bathroom.

Average property with very bad location.

Property was good, it is a condominium with pool, gym etc.. The 2 bedroom house that we got was clean but nothing fancy. Beds on both the bedrooms were queen beds and can hardly fit 2 adults. So, if you are travelling with small kids and the kids want to sleep with you as they are on holiday then this is not ideal. A 2 seater sofa in the living area in front of the TV. Not even a single bottle of water in the apartment. Place is about 7-10 mins drive from Legoland (RM 11 for a taxi ride from Legoland to the apartment). Since it is an apartment building with security you can't just walk-in and have the call the admin team before check-in so that they can be there at the security counter (personally i am not a big fan of this). Not many flats are occupied in the building so you get that eerie feeling. Not much to do around the apartment (barring 1 medini hub that houses 2-3 eating places and 1 over priced super market that closes at 8 PM). Gayathri Indian restaurant is there. Even if you take a walk on the road you won't find many people apart from the security staff. If i have to go to JB again i will not be staying at this property as it is very far from the city, nothing much to do. Getting a cab from/to this place can be challenge sometimes. Overall not a very good experience primarily because of the location. Don't stay there just for being near to an Indian restaurant. In almost same price (give and take few dollars) you can get a central 5 star property with breakfast.

Nice stay which is near to Legoland

Great stay. A certain section of road to the decelopment was completely pitched black, had to turn on my high beam and fog light. Once reached the decelopment, it is not bad.

Family Ideal Stay

Good for family. Apartment comes with cooking, washing machine facilities etc. There's no checkin counter so pre arrangement is necessary. Our property officer was very nice and helpful. Lots of security presence which makes you feel safe. Very close to legoland. Overall value for its money so dont expect hotel services.

Suggest avoid miscommunication or careless act, Check out key can leave to Guardhouse instead. as guest may drop to wrong letterbox thus unnecessary calling to clarify. Unit aircon need to service window should be close all time, bees (big) flying

A bad experience

This building was the worse one I experienced, I booked one Hello Kitty theme room, but when I arrived, I found that ordinary room left. The person responsible for reception said the theme room was repairing that time. And the room had not been cleaned for long time, outdated facilities, inside the wash machine also very dirty. All the towels were unclean. I will not stay the building any more.

エアコンの真下にコンセント、注意！

エアコンの冷気で水滴が垂れて来て、真下にコンセントがあり、充電していたものが全て水浸し。 クレームを言ったけども、滞在最終日朝に確認に来てくれ 保証すると言うだけでその後音信不通。 壁に伝うシミで、水が垂れて来ていたことは明らかだったのに、私達がチェックアウトした後に試運転をして確認後レポートを提出して、返金すると言われ 腑に落ちぬまま帰宅。以降、連絡するも一向に反応がない！ 携帯、変圧器、変換プラグ共々パーになったのに 対応が悪すぎます。

We had to switch to a smaller apartment on the day of check-in, without a corresponding refund of differencein room rate as the apartment we booked is out of order. There were many black ants in one of the bedroom.

+ Good location near Legoland but only if you drive and don't get lost because many of the surrounding roads are under construction or closed, and GPS may not help. + Nice decor on walls + Good air-conditioning + Helpful staff + Large enough for 5-6 people - Didn't provide hand soap for basins or even tissues - One of the shower gel bottle heads was not working - The shower knob came off the wall - The towels are too small, probably for children - The main shower stall and WC stall are way too small, ended up every one used the guest bathroom - Leaking in guest bathroom

Far from Legoland

The place is difficult to find even using GPS. Alot of the road leading to the condo is either blocked or not constructed yet. Those who intend to go to legoland, this is a bad choice as you need to drive out and it is quite far.
