This is our second visit to Bay Report. The staff is always extremely helpful and the room is clean and comfortable. We like to open the slider and see the beautiful bay! I would definitely recommend a stay.

For a budget hotel I was surprised — this place is much better run than most in this category by a big margin. The hotel was in a good state of repair, they were performing upgrades on the rooms, the room and linens were spotless and the staff friendly. I’ll likely opt to stay here the next time I’m in the area.

The two rooms booked through Hotels.Com were never provided. We were told only one was available and we were forced to go to another hotel. I called Hotel.com for reimbursement of rooms that were never provided and it was declined. I will not be using Hotels,com again due to lack of integrity and poor business.

So clean. You could tell the property owners are doing lots of updates and currently no breakfast but still provided some breakfast items as they do renovations! They were so nice to all.
