"Great location to campus. Contactless checkin and departure was very easy. Good parking for what may have been busier due to move in weekend. Rooms are suite style and good size. Nice mini kitchen. a roll of paper towels would be nice to have available for meals and some tissues. Great stay and will for sure book again."

"The property was very clean and easy to find. The rental building has beautiful upgrades and had nice amenities. The kitchen was well stocked, but be aware the microwave/convection oven is small. We brought Papa Murphys take and bake pizzas and had to cut off 1/3 of the pizza to get it to fit in the oven. Two full bathrooms. There is no fenced access to the yard, so if you are bringing dogs be aware you have to walk them from the front door of the rental over to the backyard gate to let them in. The pool is a cool feature but we did not use it. The owner approached us right after we arrived and were unloading the car and said we needed to speak to him for instructions prior to using the pool. We have stayed at several properties before and were never approached by the host before. Instructions are typically left in a binder or similar. They also left a note that we were only supposed to let the dogs into the backyard if they were not home. The host's dog came out into the backyard while our dogs were out there which was very unexpected. There is also a garage attached to the rental that the hosts were in and out of it in the morning, making lots of noise and upsetting our dogs who started barking and woke us up. Overall it was a nice, well-kept property with good amenities, but we did not have the privacy or freedom that we are used to with any other VRBO. We left a day early because we were just uncomfortable."

"Accommodating, quaint (loved the lighting additions), close to everything Colfax has to offer, very comfortable (it didn’t have air conditioning and we were frankly worried . You would assume in Eastern WA it would be a necessity). But it was comfortably cool being it was in a partial basement . Could use more than one kitchen towel, a visitors log book so I wouldn’t have to post suggestions, a few larger coffee filters for the drip machine, tourist suggestion brochures, And, that’s about it. We did have a few earwigs as well. Thank you so very much. We loved the place. We came to see St Ignatius as we give tours at The Academy in Vancouver WA that Mother Joseph built. It was the first building she built and St Ignatious the last (of 29 buildings))… Then we visited the Beautiful Perkins House and my Alma Mater WSU that I haven’t seen since 1979. We also visited my husbands home towns of Connell and Farmington. Thx so Much we will recommend this place to all our Docents and friends that will be visiting Colfax. We are convinced they will appreciate this place as much as we did!.."

"Lower penthouse was a great little space for the 3 of us. Everything was pretty clean, except the shower stall. And finger prints and smudges on living room mirror. The bed in the smaller room could use a different mattress. That thing was terrible. Worse bed I’ve ever slept on. However I would stay here again, but bring a foam pad to put on bed"
