"nice easy access from street, mostly quiet from road traffic. all the units on the Charm side have the parking in the middle courtyard. Someone starting a motorcycle or any car with a loud muffler is noticable as I discovered at 6am. Felt a bit sorry for anybody with the room next to the laundry/ice ..."
