"The house was very clean and well-equipped, the neighborhood is very quiet. It suited me just fine as it was in the exact location I wanted to be to spend time with my friends who live in a nearby adult community. The host and handyman were VERY prompt in dealing with a few issues and both were VERY gracious when I continued to have problems with the door code, which ended in my embarrassment at using the wrong code! I would definitely use the property again if I go next year."

Contacted host to get a refund due to us not feeling comfortable to stay in the home. She asked if we wanted a cleaner to come but instead we decided to leave without. She agreed to give us a partial refund. "

"Shellyann was a great host. She left goodie bags and there were jello shots in the fridge, though I suspect they were left be a previous occupant. The unit was just as described. I always bring laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, etc., but all of that was available. it was a good stay."
