The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, and everything you need to cook, entertain, or simply enjoy a morning coffee with panoramic views. The home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests, featuring three queen bedrooms and a cozy sofa bed—perfect for families, couples, or small groups.

Step outside to your private oasis. The expansive outdoor living area features a covered back patio with lounge seating, an outdoor kitchen, and a propane fire pit—perfect for gathering in the evenings and enjoying Hill Country sunsets. Girls trip

Stayed one night after hiking Pedernales Falls. Good proximity to P. Falls and Johnson City. Property clean, patio/view and hot tub wonderful. Fire damage to surrounding landscape non issue… still beautiful. Would happily return with larger group - spacious & modern. Would be cautious with very little kids on edge of patio as it drops off a few feet to ground level. Not a deal breaker, but something to be aware of. Pool is completely fenced for safety. Overall great & highly recommend.
