All personal are very welcoming and placed a very positive deposition (very entertaining as well), The breakfast buffet is elaborate and the accommodation is superb. The spa facilities are fantastic. My flights were cancelled and they were extremely kind and helpful. There are beautiful restaurants and bars on different floors. It is also an excellent location, near to the old city but not in it and close to shops and restaurants. I highly recommend it."

"Palazzo Calo was fabulous. Excellent location in the historic area. The hotel is renovated and in excellent condition. The loft rooms are very comfortable and lots of size. Parking at Jolly Parking was easy and close to the hotel. (30 euro and in and out is allowed) breakfast was perfect and the welcome drink in the lounge was a nice touch. "
