"Old air conditioning system. Needs work. Two beds. One bed had dirty sheets. The window had a large crack all the way acrossed it. No breakfast!!!"

"The Staff was very friendly and helpful but the rooms were very dirty. There was thick dirt on the elevator floor and in my room bathroom like it hadn't been cleaned in months. It was not worth $450/night."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay here while gathering with our adult children. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and cook meals. The beds were nice and comfortable and we slept very well. The neighborhood is super quiet. The A/C and furnace work great. The house is located a short drive from lots of restaurants and stores in Lehi and American Fork. The owner was fantastic at communication and answered questions quickly and made sure our stay was excellent. I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely rent this property again when we visit Utah County."

"Set in old Lehi quiet secluded nice clean 4 plex the neighbors were very nice and good to get along with the 4 plex was older but very well kept met the owner Dave a few times and was able to extend my stay without any issues Dave is a very genuine person and very honest and nice very responsive and good to work with if I get to work in the area again I will definitely be getting in contact with him and staying here again the location was very good with everything close by from Walmart to Costco "
