"Warm, hospitable and attentive management. Clean, beautiful and unique section of Cades Bay. Off the beaten path, but still close to the greatest parts of Antigua. "

8/10 Good
"Beautiful property
Great pool and beach
Food good but dinner must be organized 2 days in advance for reservations at dinner spots which proved a bit frustrating
Breakfast in particular was great!
Lots of selection for drinks/alcohol
Some requests for service were ignored… minor issues
Overall highly recommend the resort"
"This place was absolutely beautiful. Food was great. Views were amazing. The ONLY thing a bit negative is that the locals and staff were not that welcoming. Some staff were excellent and friendly, some were not. Overall, I would rate it a 4.8 out of 5."
"Fantastic property. Beautiful beach and always a friendly staff member to set up a beach chair and umbrella for you... Not many restaurants around and the ones that are seemed pricey. We went to th grocery store and made great ise of th in room kitchens and bbq under the gazebo... Great fun. "
"Where do I start? On arrival there was no one at the front desk. Waited about 15 minutes, I received a key on a chain for my room. The room looked like it hadn’t been touched or cleaned in three decades. Cracked tiles all over. Dirt and residue in the grout of the tile. Don’t even get me started about the bathroom. GROSS. I had to wear my flip flops every time I showered. So dirty. The shower curtain …. Ugggh so gross with mildew and stains. On day four…. I went to front desk to get fresh towels. They never came. I went down three times. Finally at 8pm I received ONE fresh towel. There was nothing opened for food when we arrived. They have no store with snacks or waters or anything. Just a small gift shop that claims they are open at 9am but never opened until after noon and closed by 3pm. (The gift shop didn’t sell snacks or waters). They had set times for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had traveled a long time and they had nothing to offer us when we arrived. They told us we had to wait until 6:30 when the buffet opened for dinner. WHAT?!?! It was 3pm. We went down to the pool to get a drink. The bar closed at 3;45. The outdoor grill was closed. It was absolutely mind boggling. The food was gross. They had little to offer. The beach had trash everywhere. Cigarettes thrown all over the property. They just don’t take pride in their property. Very disappointed. Never again"

6/10 Okay
"If you are looking for peace and tranquility, this is the place to be.
PROS:
1. Very chilled and laid back - truly a getaway from the hustle and bustle.
2. The place is beautiful, nice finishes and design taste.
3. Loved the room service amenity - no charge (unlike other resorts) and the wait time was not bad.
4. Speaking on just the room as I was in, it was pretty good - clean, up-to-date. Bed extremely comfortable, size good enough.
5. The entertainment with the dancers was really awesome - the dancers are great so I will give that to them.
CONS:
1. There is no “night-life”! So if you looking for party and fun, Everything is done pretty early.
2. Food is very tasty, but options are very limited, especially the buffet, you need way more variety and/or a different selection daily. The restaurant portions were small and they ran out of certain food quickly.
3. The reservation process at the restaurant also needs significant improvement - specifically the Caribbean Haven. We traveled 32 deep - made reservations for the Haven, and when we got there, they told us they didn’t have us down. So some of us had to wait a while and some even missed out on the oxtail dinner. How??
All in all - I’ll give it a 7 out of 10.
The aura is definitely different than other resorts I’ve stayed at. It’s best to go with a loved one to enjoy quality time away, but if you are looking for a good time, don’t have high expectations because you may leave there just a little disappointed."
