I find providing a single- sized bed for single occupancy in a room quite weird, and be expected to pay over R100 if one wants a double-sized bed in a room. Single-sized beds are unsuitable for adults, and can be used better if a guest needs an additional bed for a child, then it makes sense to pay that extra amount. I am an elderly lady and feel it is quite disrespectful to provide adults with single beds. It is better to base your rates on the occupancy of your rooms, but basing your rooms on the size of a bed in an ordinary standard room, is not commendable at all.

Taking this further not happy at all

Wasn’t bad neither good but was so so disappointed when Nokwazi Mdluli told us we not welcomed anymore with no valid reasons but anyway I wanna take this further hence it wasn’t a good thing for her to do

The staff was good, receptionist was amazing and helpful My breakfast was amazing but was disapointed with diner buffet as rice was under cooked and my fish was disappointing. The are no nothing really to do around, woke up with my plugs not working they fixed electricity but 5 minutes later it happened again Its was my second stay

Own transport is essential & the location was an advantage for my visit;safe parking; very friendly helpful staff; no fridge in the room was disappointing but I got lots of ice in buckets from the Bar to keep my water bottles cold(in the heatwave)
