Nice guesthouse, in a quite safe area of Johannesbourg. I stayed there for more than 3 weeks, being in the area for my job. Unfortunately there are not restaurants very close but the guesthouse is not far (less than 3 km) from The Glen Shopping Centre, where you can find many restaurants and fast foods. In addition, the owners now offer the possibility to have dinner in the guesthouse, cooked by them, if reserved in the morning everyday, choosing from a varied menu. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Maybe not so soundproof, you hear loudly if there is noise in the corridor or other rooms nearby. There was no air conditioning in the room. For me it was not a problem, given the good season, but maybe in winter and summer, when it's too cold or too hot, it would be needed. There is no buffet breakfast, but you can choose what you prefer from breakfast, from a selection, and they prepare it for you. The owners and the staff are very nice, friendly and helpful and they make you feel like at home. I enjoyed my stay in Heavenly Guesthouse and I would recommend it.
