Joanna Cottage Retreat

Johanna Cottage is one of our architecturally designed retreats, nestled in the sand dunes with breathtaking views of both the Johanna Valley and the coast.
The cottage boasts a light-filled, open-plan living and dining area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen featuring electric cooking, a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a coffee machine (compatible with both beans and ground coffee). Step out onto the enclosed deck to soak in the panoramic ocean and valley views while enjoying a meal prepared on the Weber BBQ. Inside, unwind on the cozy window seat, basking in the sunshine and gazing out over the scenic landscape, or relax by the warmth of the wood fire.
Johanna Cottage is fully self-contained, offering three comfortable bedrooms and one bathroom. Two bedrooms are furnished with luxurious king-size beds, while the third bedroom is equipped with two king single beds. The bathroom includes a bath, a shower, and a vanity, with a separate toilet for added convenience.
The cottage is a short 650-meter walk to Johanna Beach and features a fully fenced yard, perfect for pets.
During your stay at our Great Ocean Road accommodation, you'll have full access to our on-site amenities, including an indoor heated communal pool, a veggie garden, and fresh, free-range eggs from our chicken shed. All of our beach cottages are pet-friendly, making Johanna Cottage an ideal choice for a relaxing getaway.

Great weekend at this awesome property. Has everything you need in the house and beautiful scenery to wake up to. Perfect for the dog too. Johanna Beach is our favourite beach to walk and explore the rock pools.

Perfect getaway

I loved my stay here. Peaceful, beautiful surrounds and everything I needed was supplied. Lovely touch of fresh eggs on the bench when I arrived and so nice to be able to take my dog with me for a few days away. Will definitely be back.

We loved everything about this property - exploring the beach, watching the gorgeous sunsets, star gazing at night, being serenaded by the cows at night, and of course day-trips to the 12 apostles and the beautiful Apollo Bay. Loved it

Amazing getaway

We had the most amazing time at Johanna. The cottages are beautiful - very well maintained and clean. The pet friendly accommodation suited us to tea and the daily walks to the beach were an added bonus. Can't recommend enough! Great for a peaceful and relaxing break away from the city!
