I have never ran into shutdowns and they keep up their property. The hotel rooms are good not the best but they are good enough to sleep and rest in. "What a lovely hotel. We really enjoyed our time their while our residence was u def construction. Not the greatest internet connection but it all worked out. The breakfast was delicious and the setting by the pool was just beautiful. The staff were very friendly and made sure we were content. "
