This spacious holiday flat combines modern living comfort with alpine charm. Bright rooms, high-quality furnishings and plenty of space offer you pure relaxation. The open, fully equipped kitchen, the cosy living room and several bedrooms ensure a relaxing stay. The highlight is the large garden with terrace - ideal for relaxing and enjoying yourself

The holiday flat is quietly located in Jochberg, in the middle of the Tyrolean mountains. The first lift is just 600 metres away and takes you directly to the world-famous KitzSki ski area - ideal for winter sports enthusiasts. In summer, numerous hiking and cycling trails in the immediate vicinity invite you to explore. The charming village centre with restaurants and shops is also within easy reach

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
