A localização é excelente e os funcionários são muito atenciosos, mas as condições do hotel são muito ruins. O quarto é pouco ventilado e tem cheiro de mofo. A roupa de cama tinha muitas manchas. O quarto e o banheiro nao eram cuidados e aconchegantes. Por exemplo, no banheiro nao tinha nem prateleira para shampoo/ sabonete. Na pia tinha sabonete liquido muito diluído em água. Foi muito ruim a experiência no geral.

Tem potencial para melhorar

A hospedagem em primeiro momento disse não ter localizado minha reserva e disse que a plataforma Hotéis.com não teria repassado para eles. A administração ofereceu para que eu fosse a outra unidade que fica a 2 quadras de lá (mais distante da praia e de valor inferior) Depois de muito diálogo dois funcionários que se mostraram muito empáticos e solícitos, resolveram o problema e conseguiram me alocar na pousada. No mesmo dia durante a noite chegou um grupo de hóspedes que terminou acordando todos os hóspedes com tanto barulho que fizerem e o recepcionista da noite disse não poder fazer nada. Enquanto a baderna seguiu até próx da 1h da manhã. Tirando o problema administrativo a hospedagem é confortável, tem TV Smart, água e um ótimo café da manhã, sem contar com a sorte de ter funcionários como Patrícia e Márcio. Estacionamento é pequeno e qualquer pessoa pode usar pois é norma da prefeitura para comércios da região. O que gera certo receio de sair com o carro, pois ao retorno pode não ter vaga disponível. O bar vizinho tem uma música muito alta que dá pra ser ouvida dos quartos, porém acredito que a maioria das hospedagem no entorno sofra com esse problema Pretendo voltar. Só espero que não percam mais minha reserva e que o recepcionista da noite controle os bagunceiros.

o que estraga é o Barzin em frente.

A pousada em si é boa, condiz com o preço. Ótima localização e os funcionários são muito solícitos. O que estraga é o barulho à noite do barzinho na esquina em frente a pousada que fica até a madrugada. O pessoal fica cantando mal pra caramba e o estilo musical é ruim .

Valeu a pena!

Limpeza, banheiro e ar condicionado 10. Cama - eram duas de solteiros juntas, mas nada demais. 10. Localização absurdamente perto da praia 10. Piscina pequena, mas bem legal. Café dentro do esperado com opções limitadas, mas é um café e não buffet de casamento. 10. Atendimento bom, o estacionamento não é fechado, mas foi seguro. Estacionei a moto durante 3 dias e não teve problemas. Experiência foi ótima. Muito feliz com hotel. O andar de cima é o ideal. A acústica no quarto deixa um pouquinho a desejar (da pra ouvir os outros quartos se falar alto). Hotel TOP! Hahahaha
