En el baño no funcionó El grifo del agua caliente de la ducha, no abría el paso y no salía agua caliente .Solicité en recepción me enviaran alguien de mantenimiento, trataron de comunicarse con el anfitrión, nunca les respondió, me pasaron el contacto de WhatsApp del anfitrión, nunca me respondió, nunca me lo solucionaron, nos tuvimos que bañar con agua fría todos los días. El MICROONDAS , se le destrababa la puerta y se para el conteo, para que funcionará había que estarle sosteniendo con la mano la puerta, o sea un desastre, NO RESPONDIERON A NUESTROS RECLAMOS NUNCA. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE ALOJAMIENTO PARA NADA. OLVIDÉ SE DE ÉL BUSQUEN HOTEL U OTRA COSA.

O ar-condicionado manteve o quarto fresco, não tinha pano de prato e nem uma cafeteira para fazer um café. Roupa de cama e banho bastante usada e com manchas. Acredito que esse último item precisa ser trocado.

O banheiro tem um vazamento, as louças não estavam limpas. Em geral o apartamento precisa de uma reforma. A localização é excelente e o atendimento da recepção é otima.

Fiquei no apt 207, amei tudo do hotel, recepção, limpeza, perto de tudo em frente ao mar, dentro do apt só não gostei pq não tinha uma vassoura, fiquei 5 dias impossível não suja com areia da praia e outros, mas o resto amei tudo , excelente estadia, voltarei novamente com toda certeza!

Gente, tudo muito bom! A piscina é enorme, o espaço é espaçoso e agradável. Sobre o quarto é ótimo, tudo limpo e organizado. A nível de dica: lá não tem muito utensílios de cozinha. Então levem descartáveis! Fica bem em frente ao nome João Pessoa.

É um ótimo quarto, teve um atraso no check-in de 1h30, padrão e de 14h só entramos as 15h30, estavam limpando o quarto, o sanitário estava vazando um pouco no "pe", o box do banheiro sem "porta", e o janelao nao abria/fechava corretamente, fora esses detalhes q nao atrapalharam em nada, a estadia foi incrível, otima vista na piscina do hotel, para o "Letreiro de João Pessoa", super recomendo;

Eu gostei, o Flat tem uma excelente localização, fica em frente ao mar. Em relação a outro itens acho que deixou a desejar. Poderia voltar baseada na localização do Flat e alguns requisitos , como a área de lazer, piscina e academia.
