"Alles toll. Man kommt abends an und das Zimmer ist angenehm warm. Herrlich. Einzig, dass die Navi Daten nicht zum Hotel passen ist etwas umständlich. Wenn man wirklich mal nachts ankommt und man nicht das kleingedruckte gelesen hat (steht bei Anreise in der Beschreibung), dann findet man das nicht, zumal die Rezeption in einem anderen Hotel ist. Aber das war wirklich das einzig negative. Ein Parkplatz wird gerade renoviert, aber davon bekommt man nichts mit, sind auch genug vorhanden. Für den...
"Obwohl unser Aufenthalt nur ein verlängertes Wochenende war, waren wir von dem Spa Libverda überrascht.
Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Sauberkeit und Service waren ausgezeichnet. Wir waren begeistert, so das wir sogar die Halbpension nachbuchten.
Wir kommen wieder undzwar schon im Dezember."

This hotel gets 9/10 because of only a couple of small minor inconveniences; firstly no TV remote in room (but I didn't need the TV so no issue), secondly the shower head was little loose meaning it was hard to get under the water. "Great views, cool crisp air, good food and service, nice trails nearby...just refreshing. We really enjoyed the overall great hospitality. Highlights: the shower is amazing, the bathroom looks newly renovated and they had an elevator. No real downside other than I thought the bed was too firm but that's personal preference."

"Lovely property perfect location and great food. The only fault I would say is the sofa bed not suitable for sleeping and the mattresses on the bed are so hard I was struggling to sleep.but overall perfect stay."

"The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones may like it. Sauna area as well as the whole aquapark is closed after 8pm so this might be a disadvantage for adults wishing to use sauna in the evening.
It's ok for a short trip like 3-4 days but I would not recommend this hotel for a longer stay."
