Good staff

Possibly the best hotel I have stayed in and I consider myself very well travelled. The staff were so friendly If we had a request it was dealt with so quickly by housekeeping or maintenance. The facilities were first class and the location was perfect. The breakfast buffet had everything I can’t speak more highly of it and the overriding thing was the friendly smiling staff We will be back

We had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Beijing. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with spacious, spotless rooms. The check-in process was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. The location is excellent, with shopping malls, restaurants, food options, and plenty of shopping opportunities just a short walk away. Everything we needed was conveniently located nearby, making it a perfect base for exploring Beijing. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Pan Pacific Beijing to anyone visiting the city. We would happily stay here again!
