世界中のコロナウィルス騒ぎでお客さんが何人しかいない。部屋はきれい、見晴らしも良い、私は好きです。ただ朝ご飯は、いまいちなのかな？

Really disappointing. I booked the suite with a kitchen so I could cook, but all the cupboards were completely empty, there are zero utensils or plates, not even gas for the stove. The lighting inside the room is awful so it’s always dark. The WiFi never worked for three days, management said it was being fixed but that never happened.

表示される地図は間違っているので、グーグルで検索しながらやっと見つけられた。ホテル自体は快適だった。少し早めに到着したが二時までチェックインできないことがわかり、周辺をぶらぶらしに行ったが、周辺は大学があるだけでとてもローカル。 受け付けは感じがよく、ウェルカムドリンクはお代わりまでくれた。 部屋も広くて十分快適だった。

Pretty average. Room design is quite strange.

We were here only for one night, thankfully. Had to check in to another hotel from day 2 onwards. Hotel staff can speak limited English but that's fine. Hotel location is quite in the interiors, so not close to any facilities. Quite a lonely property.

Staff dont understand much english asked for extra pillow first time said no 2nd time got a towel asked how to external phone call got an iron room smelt like sewage no milk supplied no toaster or teatowel no hot water to do any dishes food not up to scratch

짐바란의 동쪽과 서쪽을 가려고 잡았으나 실패

난 3박4일을 했다. 공항에서 호텔까지 새벽에 가느라 만원이나 주고 도착했다. (실은 3천원이면 충분한 거리였다.) 간이주방이 있는 객실이였으나 스토브, 싱크대, 식탁, 의자, 전기주전자, 서랍 등 너무 지저분해서 가까이 가고 싶지않았다. 냉장고는 내가 직접 청소하고 숙박을 했다. 특히 서랍장은 고장나서 움직이지 않았다. 또한 화장실 수압은 아주 좋으나, 물이 내려가는 속도가 느려서 샤워를 할때마다 흥건한 물속에 발을 담그고 있어야 했다. 최악이다. 개미도 많고.. 옥외 테라스는 깨끗하나 굳이 볼것도 없는 동네에서 올라갈 필요도 없었다.. 주변으로 이동할때는 무조건 택시를 불러야 이동이 가능하며, 주변에 편의점 조차 없다. 최악은 여기서 서비스하고 있고 세탁기 없다. 당연히 주변 셔틀버스 없다. 돈내라고 한다. 다시는 안가고 싶다. 절대.

Bon rapport qualité/prix

Personnel attentionné, réactif et toujours présent. Petit cocktail de bienvenue. Chambre très correcte avec grande armoire, télé, coffre fort, petit coin cuisine, petit balcon. Le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas! Petit déjeuner inutile! Et un seul oreiller par personne (n'en avait pas en plus malgré notre demande). Le lit double est composé de deux matelas simples. Piscine correcte mais n'est pas sur le toit (ce que les photos m'avait laisser penser) Conseil: louer un scooter. L' hôtel est légèrement exilé (1 seul -bon- resto à 2min à pied et 10min d'un mini market) mais non dérangeant avec scooter.

4泊しました。ベランダもありそこから花火も見れゆっくり過ごせました。 お部屋の広さもあり、この価格であれば十分に満足です(*^^*) 周りにはなにもありません。 朝食は毎日変わっていて飽きませんでした。 スタッフの方も愛想よく、快適に過ごせました。プールも良い感じでした。

Stay in Jimbaran

I booked this location for the last week of the trip specifically because it was a villa with a kitchen. After several weeks of travel, I chose the not-beach front location for some of the advertised amenities. The kitchen had a non-working stove, and after 4 attempts to get it to work, I gave up. There were no kitchen items, save one fork, in the kitchen and i had to go borrow plates and cups from the restaurant. In addition the phone in the room didn't work, and while I was told on more than one occasion it would be fixed the next day, it never was. The paint was run down, with dirty wall and water marks from a leaking air conditioner. And the floors were, swept but only in the main areas--corners and furniture were dirty and shower was watermarked terribly.

When arrived, we were announced they only had double twin rooms remaining even though the king size bed was confirmed through our booking. Once in the room, there were no bath towels and the cleanliness of the room was mediocre.

Perfect for Jimbaran in town.

Had a great stay and everyone was very accommodating and kind. For the price, a great choice. The b'fast is basic, but they'll make you an omelette, if you wish. I enjoyed the plunge pool each evening and the downstairs large air conditioning was a great break from the beautiful Bali balm. The cleaning each day was cursory, but they quickly helped if something is needed. If you plan to use Uber or taxi, the google maps are not correct. The hotel is off the beaten path and you cannot really walk closely to anything. However, the front desk area will help. All in all, a good stay and it worked fine for my visit specifically to this immediate area.

The worst hotel I've ever been to!

Expedia and that hotel they have the worst costumer service to deal with! Not helpful at all. Once they get the money of you, no one cares anymore! Ended up cancelling my holiday and leaving 5 days earlier, which was already paid for. Never again.

私達家族3人と2人の合計5人で2部屋のコネクティングルームでした。どちらも部屋の大きさは同じですが1つの部屋はキッチンが付いておりもう一つの部屋は付いていません。 まずトイレと浴槽なしのシャワーは狭く使いづらいです。 シャワーのお湯がタンク式なのですぐにお湯がなくなります。フロントに聞いたところ10リットル分のタンクだそうです。1人入った後30分位待ってから（お湯が沸く時間です）また1人という風に入らないと水で入る事になります。 タオル類はバスタオルが1つのみ。シャンプーとボディソープが備え付けで石鹸もありません。 ホテルのプールは小さいプールが1つ。滞在中誰1人として入ってる人は見かけませんでした。 ルームサービスの食事は安くて美味しいです。 ホテルの周りは何もありませんのでタクシーかホテルのシャトルバス（実際はバスではなく車です）を使うしかありません。シャトルは行き先が3か所のみ、事前予約です。私達は1度シャトルを予約して乗りましたが運転手の方が降りる時にお金が必要と言われました。無料と解っていたのでどうして今降りる時に言うのか？なぜ乗る前に言わないのか？聞き返しました。運転手は長期宿泊客しか無料にならない、あなた達は短期宿泊なのでお金がいる、フロントにそう言われたとか言いました。私達はフロントで確認してから払うと言ってまず車から降り迎えの時間になってまた同じ運転手が迎えに来たのですが行きに自分が言った事は間違っていたと言いました。帰ってからも確認したのですがフロントにはフリーと書いてあるので皆さんも間違ってお金を払わないように・・。 後ホテルのすぐ近くにある洗濯やさんは凄く安いです。重さで料金が決まります。帰る1日前に全ての洗濯ものを出したので日本に帰ってからが楽でした。

まずこのホテルは分かりにくい場所にあります。ホテル周辺は何もない。洗濯屋があるのみ。この洗濯屋は安い‼︎ホテルですが写真の部屋は値段が高い部屋です。私達はスタンダードな部屋でしたが、まあ新しい方かな？と言う感じです。タオルはバスタオルのみ。後はハエや虫が多い。ルームサービスは安くて美味しい‼︎サービス料も何も取らない‼︎ 客層は、ほとんど中国人ばかりで人の部屋を間違えて開けるわドアはおもいっきり閉めるわ最悪でした。

Great service!!!

Excellent service by hotel staff. Great value for the little money we paid.Free hotel transfer was provided for both me and my friend at separate times. Very accomodating. Provided late checkout, and even helped me sort out a charging phone dilemma I was having. Bathroom floor could have been slightly cleaner, but Acceptable and really the only negative I had (which was small)

basic hotel close to nothing

hotel was very basic and was way to far out from anything.Taxi was needed everyday to go anywhere even just to have a meal or drink.We used taxi as they were cheaper than hotel drivers.We were unable to even get a drink at poolbar or get a meal at hotel at 7pm one night.Staff were lovely although it would have been easier if they had staff at front desk that understood basic English.Staff at breakfast were extra nice and understood what we were saying and we had some good conversations with them.Overall it was my worst trip to bali and I have been over there many times.
