"Die Bungalows sind in einem sehr schönen, gut gepflegt im Garten gelegen und haben fast alle Blick auf den Pool. Sie sind geräumig und das Bett ist sehr gut und mit einem Moskitonetz versehen. Es war für uns ohne Probleme möglich, von dem gebuchten Zimmer ohne air con auf eines mit air con upzugraden. Allerdings gegen entsprechenden Aufpreis. Und der war sehr viel höher, als die Preisdifferenz bei Expedia. Die Klimaanlage hat dann auch leider nicht so gut funktioniert, wie wir uns das gewünscht...

"We had a good time in Balangan abd stayed two nights at the Aman Gati Hotel. Although overall the place is very nice, the service provided was very bad or non existent. First when I called the hotel 1 day before arrival they couldn’t find our reservation and they asked to resend the confirmation email which I did send to the email they told me.
