With a view of the mountain, the holiday home Finca Rustica in Xixona is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 2-storey property consists of a living room with air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (3 of them with air conditioning and 1 with a fan) and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services. Furthermore, a shared gym, a table tennis and gym equipment are available on the property. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

This vacation rental offers a private outdoor space with a covered terrace. Additionally, guests have access to a shared outdoor area featuring a salt water pool, sun loungers, garden, 2 open terraces, and a barbecue.

The property is located 20 km from the beaches of El Campello and San Juan, 45 km from Alicante Airport, 75 km from Fonts d'Algar and several golf courses can be reached in 45 minutes by car. Murcia and Valencia are 110 km and 130 km from the property respectively.

A fantastic peaceful location, perfect for chilling

Pros: The hosts were amazing, nothing was too much trouble for them, beautiful on site swimming pool, very clean villa, great location, would advise hiring a car, picturess scenery. Cons: There was nothing my group didn't enjoy, I would say to anyone going ,hire a car, even though our hosts as amazing as they were, did a few taxi runs for us

Pros: La casa está muy bien, en un lugar apartado y tranquilo dónde poder hacer una escapada con amigos sin molestar a nadie. Fuimos a celebrar la despedida de mi mejor amiga y sin duda el lugar fue ideal. Los dueños, aunque están cerca, son muy respetuosos y muy agradables, con un perrito muy simpático. Tuvieron muy buen trato con nosotras. Además, hicieron un detalle para la novia y otro para mí. Aparte nos hicieron una pequeña sangría como despedida. Sin duda es un lugar donde volver. Y sobretodo muchas gracias a los dueños por todo!

l acceuil a été bon les gens qui vous acceuil sont tres sympa le paysage magnifique diaporama splendide tous ca sera extra si vous etes que en privé malheuresement trop de mouvement dans la ferme la famille qui vous acceuil sont present leurs amis des personnes aussi loue derriere dans un studio et ca fait beaucoup trop pas du tout d intimiter ce qui nous convient pas a nous. apres aussi mais c'est un detail car nous nous avions du reseau 4G 5G mais le wifi est chez les proprietaire et dans la maison nous voyons juste une connexion mais inefficace dommage la piscine n etait pas du propre pour nous encore domage donc au final tres moyen heureusement que les sortis dans les alentours etaient parfaite. voila
