I stayed at the place with my family and we loved the service, the food, and the common areas.
The private beach area was definitely our favorite area. There are a few hammocks under the trees and we loved them. The food was really good and the staff were attentive and polite.
There are a few things that need improvement, but that would require some renovation and it's not something that can be fixed quickly. The showers and bathroom stalls (mine and two other family members who stayed in different rooms) seem old and in need of maintenance. Even though the shower is good, the water flow is slow. The shower stall was hard to close and I was afraid it might break if I tried.
There are a few animals around. Nice cats if you love them, but also little frogs. I totally understand about river frogs in the rooms because we’re near lakes and it would be impossible for the rooms to be completely free of water frogs, but my sister found a dead cockroach in her bathroom. She felt like it was already dead. It gave her the impression that the room hadn’t been cleaned.
The parking area is huge.
The game area and gym are good. Since it's in a windy place, things get dusty, but we live on a farm, and I know it's impossible to be completely dust-free in a place like that with a lot of wind and sand.
Breakfast has a really good variety of breads, juices, and typical things, but there weren't many kinds of fruit when we went.
