"Oh boy, what to say? The owner is very, very nice, and the place is right at the seafront, close to nice restaurants and the main sights in the city (it's a tiny city, though). However, it was very difficult to find, since it doesn't have a sign (is it a legal hospitality accommodation?), the public spaces are filthy and the private rooms, though reasonably clean, worn and in desperate need of renovation. "Hotel run down but in nice residential area. Ran out of toilet paper during stay because I extended from 4 days to 13 and the 'residence section has no service. Was refused refund on last 3 nights when I checked out early. Not really happy."

"I really liked the hotel, the rooms are huge and very nice, the hotel is very clean and generally very pleasant. The breakfast is pretty good. There's also plenty of parking, though can get a bit tough when it's busiest. My only problem with the hotel (though minor) is that there are only 2 small elevators that is not sufficient for the amount of guests that the hotel is designed for. I highly recommend this hotel, had a great stay there."
