It is a grearmt hotel. We booked it already fir the 4th time in 3 years.

The property is great but the harassment to purchase “deeded” vacation weeks is awful. They ask you numerous times. I’ve been to several properties with shares and presentations and this honestly was the worst. Not sure I’d stay there again

The check-in line was long and the resort fees were exorbitant.

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.
