"What can you say about this place, except it fell just a little short of my expectations. I have visited this hotel very frequently because of the staff, the rooms, and the amenities. This had me a little disappointed. The place was clean and the staff was extremely helpful and nice.
1. The hot tube jets was ok. 4 jets in the pool and only 1 blew overly greater than the rest. The hot tube also didn't get hot, lukewarm at best.
2. The shower in the room took a long while before it warmed up. Even then, it was lukewarm at best. I like a nice hot shower where I can see steam rising.
3. The room shower wined like an animal was being slaughtered.
Overall great hotel, just need to keep the standard that people like myself expect"
