"Brand new small hotel with very friendly staff in a great location for Karakol and Lake Issyk-Kul south shore. Modern rooms, interesting decor, comfortable beds and good heating plus a coffee shop. Excellent value for money, and would stay again if I return to the area."

"When we checked into our rooms, we noticed that the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There was hair in the drain, and the tiles had a slimy feeling. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned. We contacted the manager, and the bathroom was properly cleaned the following day. Overall, the accommodations are not bad; however, you need to be aware that there is not a lot of privacy in the A-frames.
