Place was burnt down and I was not notified about it. I show up to the place to find a burnt down hotel and spending 2 hours on the phone with Expedia to find me another hotel

This hotel was not open. Burned in a fire and was roped off and boarded up. We received no notice and arrived to a burnt up, boarded up old fire scene.

room and hotel was fine but breakfast bar was not maintained or fit to eat - went elsewhere for breakfast - attendant at desk was not very friendly or helpful and needs to find work somewhere else

Our hotel burnt down and everything in the hotel we have lost we've got nothing but run around from the hotel and we still had to pay out of pocket to stay at a different Hotel we are on appreciate it lied to it was the worst day that we have had ever had
