Allgemein: Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Balkontüren lassen sich nicht schließen. Einrichtung aus den 80er( aber nicht weiter schlimm). Klimas funktioniert nicht einwandfrei! Essen: Frühstück ist ausreichend wenn man früh genug da ist. Wenn man eine halbe Stunde vor dem Ende kommt gibt es weder Brot noch Wurst oder Käse! An Nachbringen wird nicht gedacht! Abendessen: in einer Stunde werden alle Gäste abgefertigt. Das Buffet wird regelrecht geplündert. Alle holen auf einmal Vorspeise, Hauptspeise und Dessert. Wenn man erst mal die Vorspeise genießen will, gibt es später kaum Nachspeise oder Hauptspeise. Personal ist bemüht schnell abzuräumen, auf Getränke muss man jedoch lange warten. Pünktlich nach einer Stunde wird das Licht abgedreht. Auch beim Frühstück wird penibel geschaut, dass um Punkt 10 alles abgeschaltet und das Buffet abgeräumter ist. Das einzige was wirklich top war , ist die schöne Gartenanlage und überhast die Lage. Sehr zentral!

Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt! Der Check-in war bereits um 12 Uhr möglich. Schönes, helles ruhiges Zimmer mit Balkon. Frühstück ab 8 Uhr mit Eierspeise, frisch zubereitet, Speck und Würstchen. Diverse Brötchen und Toast, div. Schinken, Käse, viele Aufstriche. Corissants, Müsli, div. Früchte, Kaffee, Tee, Säfte. Schöner, großer Pool. Direkt am sauberen, großen Strand, Liegen und Schirm inklusive. Das Personal ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplatz direkt bei der Unterkunft. Das Hotel ist ein bisschen älter, aber alles funktioniert und ist sehr sauber. Gerne wieder!!!

Wir waren zwei Nächte dort. Empfang und Frühstück sind in Ordnung. Zimmer sind jedoch alt und heruntergekommen. An der Wand hieng ein alter Röhrenfernseher. Beim Zimmer putzen wurde nicht einmal das WC-Papier aufgefüllt. Aschenbecher und Getränke am Hotelpool wurden einen ganzen Tag nicht abgeräumt. Für ein 4 Stern Hotel in dieser Preisklasse erwartet man schon etwas mehr.

This is not 4star, 2 star at best

Not a good experience unfortunately, the room was well below expectations, and badly in need of a lot of repairs, which it would be very difficult to believe that the management were unaware of, wires exposed in the bathroom, fittings broken in the room, the balcony shutters were stuck , the balcony door was broken, and the handle came out of the door, we checked out of this hotel but only after making complaints, the managers attitude was appalling, he couldn’t give a damn and it was clear that complaints were regular and not dealt with, this hotel should not be rated 4 star!!!!! I felt very annoyed that we still had to pay full price for a rubbish room !! 😠

Check in ging problemlos...Zimmer war bereits ab Mittag verfügbar. Zimmer ist für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind ausreichend. Könnte etwas größer sein. Leider ist das Frühstücksbuffet sehr übersichtlich...die Auswahl ist gering. Abendessen mit Vorspeisen-, Salat- & Nachspeisenbuffet toll. Auch die Qualität sowie die Auswahl der Hauptspeisen ist gut. Getränke beim Abendessen sind separat zu bezahlen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Leider ist das Geschirr sowie das Besteck dreckig bzw sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und Freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Strand und auch zu den Lokalen. Der Pool ist schön gross und sehr sauber.

Soggiorno stupendo

Hotel molto carino sul lungo mare, con piscina e spiaggia privata. Ottima posizione per chi vuole fare una passeggiata o uscire a fare aperitivo. A 17 min a piedi da Acqualandia e a 5 min a piedi dal Capannina Beach.Personale gentilissimo e super disponibile. Cibo davvero buono e con tanta scelta. Camera doppia un po' piccola ma per il resto servizio eccellente. Ci tornerò sicuramente !

Enttäuscht vom Hotel

Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind allesamt unfreundlich, unhöflich und unaufmerksam! Man fühlt sich eher störend als willkommen. Am liebsten wäre es ihnen gewesen, wenn man selber ein- und auscheckt, damit sie nicht mit dir reden müssen. Das Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig, das billigste vom billigen und gesunde Nahrung kann man lange suchen. Anstatt 5 versch. trocken Kuchen lieblos hinzustellen, sollen sie eine Gurke kaufen. Seit ich 2 Jahre alt bin, habe ich dieses Hotel jedes Jahr besucht bis es verkauft wurde. Damals hatte es aber einen hohen Standard, davon kann jetzt keine Rede mehr sein. Es ist alles lieblos und kalt, man fühlt sich unwohl. Der Pool an sich ist sauber, aber das Drumherum ist renovierungsbedürftig! Die Auflagen am Pool sind verdreckt. Die Zimmer sind sauber & der typische italienische Standard. Aber einige Einrichtungsgegenstände gehören erneuert bzw. repariert. Hier wurde wieder ersichtlich, wie egal es ihnen ist. Denn bei einer Deckenlampe die Kappe wieder richtig anzubringen und nicht herunterhängen zu lassen, kostet genau 2 Minuten Arbeit! Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht, die Qualität ist schlecht & dieses Hotel hat keine 4 Sterne verdient. Das Hotelmanagement ist anscheinend nicht fähig ein Hotel so zu führen, dass die Gäste sich sehr wohlfühlen und gerne wiederkommen. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel niemanden weiter und werde auch nie mehr Gast in diesem Hotel sein.

Sehr abgewohntes Hotel in guter Lage

Lage und Abendessen hervorragend, ansonsten verdient das Hotel keine vier Sterne : beim Frühstück gibt es kein frisches Obst oder Gemüse und ohne Aufpreis nur Filterkaffe. Die Ausstattung überall ist extrem abgewohnt und erneuerungsbedürftig. Die Auflagen für die Ligen am Pool sind schmutzig. Liegen am Strand dagegen in Ordnung.

Viele Liegen mit Schirm am Strand (super), Pool frei benutzbar keine Gebühr für Liegen am Pool.Frühstück einfach aber ausreichend auch Getränke( Kaffee u Tee) müssen selbst geholt werden.Zimmer heruntergekommen aber sauber. Morgens ab ca 5:00 Uhr sehr laut da jeden Tag die Müllabfuhr kommt.Lage des Zimmers egal da hört man überall etwas aber nur 10 Minuten.

Nettes, aber in die Jahre gekommenes Strandhotel

Das Bad könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Das Abendessen war eigentlich lecker, hatte aber einen gewissen Kantinencharakter (lag zum Teil an der Kundschaft, die sich gleich zu Beginn des Abendessens schon mal den Nachtisch sichern musste). In einem 4-Sterne-Haus erwarte ich, dass sowohl Wasser- als auch Weingläser auf dem Tisch stehen - hier musste man immer nachfragen. Das Personal war sehr nett !
