"Loved this little hotel with its alpine meadow theme. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean, coffee and water available in the breakfast area. Nice outdoor patio. Really close to the train station and a short walk to Oktoberfest."

"The room was clean, but air conditioner was not working. Talked to a staff about it, and she came into the room to verify it was not working. However, she told us to wait for 30 min, and let her know if it was still not working. There was no phone to call the front desk, and I had to go to front desk to let her know. It was so inconvenient and we just let it go since we were going to check out next day. It was not worth for money I paid for."

Everyone that worked there was very nice, the room was great, AC actually worked, Location was great, the bakery next store was delicious, The staff really cared that you were happy, They were very helpful. Love this place and will be back! Thankful for the great experience!"
