"A clean and tidy apartment, didn't have any shampoo in the container (empty). There was a mechanical misfunction in the bathroom overnight, causing a loud banging on 3 seperate occasions, when I phoned to report this the following day I could only leave a voice mail and no one returned my call. The banging occured once on the second night. I am unsure if it was the air-con (we had it off in our appt) or, faulty pipework - whatever it was, it was loud enough to wake me and my 2 daughters each time from sleep!"

"Bit of rubbish under the lounges and crumbs in the toaster cupboard. Some of the saucepans and frying pans were greasy but as a whole the place was very nice. Pool was great. 2 min walk to the water and beaches were not crowded. Close to everything. Saw the Maritime Museum, Huskisson Markets and Shoalhaven Zoo (5 stars). Visit Hyam Beach, 30 minutes well worth the visit."

"A large home with plenty of space for everyone to find a quiet spot to relax. The waterfront location and kayaks was a hit with my son who spent many hours out on the lake fishing and generally being active. The house has all the basics needed for a home stay with plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware with a small dishwasher to help make clean ups easier. A simple, not-fussy interior, you can just put your feet up and chill without worry. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will consider it again in the future. "
