An excellent stay. Location was perfect and the rooms were nice size with a balcony. Excellent pool area. One negative is that there’s no mini bar in room and at 1am when I needed water, the front desk had no way of getting me a bottle because the bar was closed.

Hotel service and rooms were great. We were there when war started and they took care of us. Upgraded us to a suite. The location worked for us since we were near a relative and also near the highway so we got to airport quicker. The rooms were nice and clean and breakfast buffet was also good for the price.

Great facility. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff is very professional and friendly. Breakfast is amazing. The only con, which is not their fault is there is a lot of construction going on in the area which is noisy and dusty.

This is most certainly a hotel I will happily return to and recommend to others. A really first class hotel. The staff are excellent. Friendly and helpful. The facilities are fabulous, including the pool, fitness room, sauna and business lounge. The breakfast is amazing. Huge range and choice. Rooms are beautiful and large. The bathrooms slightly smaller in comparison but no real issues. The area around the hotel is clearly up and coming. In future years there will be lots more facilities around but there is a nearby supermarket, the light railway and main train station are close by and there is the cinema city complex close by.

The reception was great! The hotel itself is old and needs maintenance, pillowcases are not clean, so is an extra blanket in the closet. The food was very mediocre. Old and unpleasant areas in the hotel. They hold parties in the hotel's pool, so there is no silence, it's not pleasant and the pool is very dirty. Too bad there is potential... we didn't enjoy the stay.

It's a very comfortable, friendly hotel. Has a good breakfast, and very good Friday night/Sat lunch meals. And its maintenance staff is first class. A joy to stay there.

Vert Jerusalem was a fabulous hotel. We had an incredible view from the 20th floor and our room was luxurious. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel was within walking distance to the shuk and Old City.
