Parking was included and they never gave us the access
Even when the property is nice, the administration is the worst experience I've ever had:
Parking was included, and they did not provide it. I immediately requested for the parking access card and they only responded: "we are working on a solution" - never solved it. We were fined twice, and they never responded.
The communication is really bad.
Additionally, we were charged (externally from VRBO, an extra charge added to the 100% that we paid via VRBO. Without that payment, they would not provide the access to the property.
They say they would reimburse it, and I have not been reimbursed yet. I have sent multiple emails to claim my reimbursement, and none of them have been responded.
It seems that the company that operates this (after VRBO -tha name is ISRENTALS, is not very clear and transparent.
