Great location, small but ok the rooms. Towels with yellow dots. The girl at the reception the same as nothing, she doesn't even say hi. On Saturday the cleaning of the rooms terrible, they didn't change the towels and the bad was extremely bad changed. We stay for 4 days, and the wifi work just one day. When we ask the girl at the reception, she didn't say anything at all. No a good experience.

Bra läge, service undermålig och smutsigt rum. Försökte få hårtork i tre dagar och receptionen (de få gånger de var på plats) bara lyfte på axlarna. Incheckning skedde via en iPad och ett call center som gav oss fel uppgifter. Till slut lyckades vi hitta våra nycklar i receptionen och tog oss in på egen hand.

10 minutes to the Old Town (Jaffa Gate)

We had a great stay at Ben Hillel Boutique Hotel. The rooms have just been renovated and are very comfortable. The Hotel is quiet and the neighborhood is safe and offers opportunities for eating, shopping, and having a drink. We highly recommend this Hotel which offers a great price/quality ratio.

The hotel facilities & servises is very poor

I was very disappointed that the towel ,shampoo,soap doesn't change the new one. The front staff is very poor service. When I want to need the help, there were not staff at front desk. I wasn't satisfied with hotel price.

Gute Lage jedoch wenig Sauberkeit

Also die Lage ist super zentral. Es werden immer frische Handtücher gebracht und Mülleimer gewechselt. Was mir gefehlt hat war, dass nicht einmal der Boden gefegt oder gewischt wurde. Wir waren eine Woche dort und da hätte man schon mal wischen können. Was mich gestört hat, war auch in den Ecken und unter dem Bett viel Schmutz zu sehen...leider auch viel Staub im kleinen Schrank.

Excellent location!

Ben Hillel is a very good option to stay in Jerusalem, it's ideally located, near the Jaffa Center tram station, in a very nice pedestrian street. Guy is an excellent host, he helped us to do some tour reservations, airport taxi, and was aware that everything runs smoothly. Very nice stay.
