"This is a beautiful house for a family vacation. I was looking for a house near the Jersey Shore, that had a built in pool and a driveway long enough for 4 cars. It has a big kitchen which was great for 6 adults and 3 kiddos. The grounds were well maintained and the pool was fabulous!! There is a wonderful dining table outside with a grill. It has a great master bedroom, and 5 other bedrooms. The kiddos loved the third floor bedroom. It’s right off the Garden State Parkway, lots of stores nearby. The owner was very friendly and accessible to my questions. This is a great place for a family vacation!!! Book early and have fun "

"Just got home from our stay.It was the perfect house for a reunion of high school friends who were celebrating a retirement.Jan and Matthew were responsive to the few questions we had and the property was as pictured on the VRBO site.The main kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to have meals together and laugh over old and new stories. Our friend lives in Bradley Beach so it was perfect for gathering at her place or at Jan and Matthew’s place. Asbury Park is so close and offers lots of attractions, as well.Thanks for providing us with a place to gather and laugh and remember why old friends are the best!"

"Really enjoyed our time here! We felt right at home. The house has a ton of charm, the front porch is a great place to relax, and the extra lot next door gave the kids plenty of space to play. One feature we especially appreciated was being able to set different temperatures in the bedrooms. Having beach chairs, bikes, coolers, boogie boards, some games and a puzzle available also meant we had much less to pack!The only thing that caught us a little off guard was the surrounding area. Since this was our first visit to this part of the Jersey Shore, we had pictured a more traditional beach-town setting. The neighborhood felt a little different than we expected. That may not matter to many guests, but we thought it was worth mentioning for first-time visitors. That’s completely on us and our assumptions (and yes, I know what they say about assuming ).The location is also a great home base for exploring. We spent half a day in NYC and were surprised by how much we were able to fit in without the drive feeling too long. We also loved Asbury Park Beach and its historic Convention Hall, especially the coffee shop!Overall, we’d absolutely stay here again. The property was excellent, the hosts were outstanding, and we’d happily book it again if we were looking to stay in this area."
