Very safe and friendly neighborhood, offers all the necessities you will need for your vacation including fresh clean linen towels soap shampoo dish soap fridge induction cooking stove toaster coffee maker iron and the board hair dryer LED Smart TV with Nvidia IPTV box, AC/Heat unit, a queen bed that sleeps comfortable 2 people, free internet. Is a private studio with private entrance, keys are stored in a lock box and password is provided. Very close to NYC 20-30 minutes with regular traffic. Public transportation is very well defined and running 24/7. Close to restaurants coffee shops parks shopping stores etc.
