The host was very accommodating due to our flight cancellation. The house was beautiful and well stocked with all that was needed. The host was great at communicating with us, everything was great and exceeded our expectations! Cute neighborhood.

I was very disappointed with this property. It was listed as a 10/10. The neighborhood was unsafe. The outside door was not locked, and my wife and I never stayed in the property. I reached out to the owner, who did not seem to be concerned about my safety. I have stayed in many VRBO properties and never experienced anything like this. VRBO cannot accept misrepresentation of its brand by owners who put clients' safety at risk and are only interested in making money. This property needs to be reevaluated by VRBO and corrections made. I want to warn potential clients to be aware of safety concerns with properties that are agreed to without the ability to verify them before they show up.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
This condo has such potiential. The owner let the previous guest have a late check out and we didn’t get the code until I had to call at 4:17p. I found a dirty kitchen towel that smelled like fabulousa. No dish washer detergent, no hair dryer, no washer and dryer as shown in the listing. The refrigerator had not been wiped out. The floors were FILTHY. The stairs and floor had visible signs of pet hair and many weeks of dust and hair. Master bedroom smelled like dog. Some type of “blanket” in the living room covered in pet hair. Spoke to owner and he was upset with situation. He was “furious”. He quickly sent over dishwasher detergent, paper towels, dish soap and some small bathroom amenities. There were 4 wash clothes, 2 hand towels, and 4 bath towels. For 4 people. No extra blankets. Every time we ran the dishwasher, the circuit breaker popped for the stove/oven. Had my husband not been there I would not have resolved this. After the first day, he no longer responded to my requests (I asked for a blow dryer to be brought over). I get that it was Thanksgiving but he didn’t respond to me on Friday either. Just nothing. The thing that was most upsetting was that it was SO dirty. Thankfully the bedding seemed clean (I would have left otherwise and in hind sight I wish I had). The beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. There is no controllable heat but there are 4 AC units. This is a remodel that isn’t finished.
