I actually had a great stay! The breakfast was convenient in the morning and parking was good! The only thing is the water kept leaking in the bathroom ceiling hopefully they fix it soon as possible!

Affordable, convenient, clean and safe. It looks like a family run business and everyone is super nice, polite and patient. I recommend this place to everyone visiting NY on a budget and will definitely book this place again.

The room was okay. Only a couple of fast food places within walking distance. A very nice steak house next door but it's very pricy. There is a gas station/convenience store only a couple hundred feet away. On day one, our TV didn't work and had to be repaired. Paid extra for a kitchen but there were no dishes or pots and pans in the room. When we asked about it a couple of days later, we were told that we had to ask for the pots and pans at the front desk.

The room has leaking bathroom ceiling. Drywall screws holding the drawer on. The mattress was smaller than the metal frame underneath and slammed my shin whole getting up to pee in the night. the smell through the building musty and stale. The pullout couch for the kids was hard and uncomfortable and when asking for more blankets to put on the mattress for comfort the front desk said no. The whole family slept horrible trying to fit on the beds.

I always go to this hotel with my family and I am sure we will never be disappointed. The staff members vary, so some will greet you with a smile while others may not. But if you have any questions, everyone will try to help you. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is sufficient, and the staff are friendly. We will definitely come back for the third time.

Room was dirty, stained sheets and blankets.. Our room door would not lock unless lifting the door first. (417) The handles in the room were broken on almost all the drawers and closet. Ceiling fan in bathroom was falling out. Light fixtures were broken. The entire hotel had NO ICE! (I really wanted a drink)
