Club Quarters in Jersey City

"Lady at checkin was really nice - location was great. Property itself was terribly maintained. Changed room because ac wasn’t working (did t work in the other room either), door locks wouldn’t open despite multiple rekeying of card keys, no housekeeping, no hot water in shower the next day (luke warm the first day), no hot breakfast (despite saying that they did upon booking - offered doggie bags instead - muffin, small oj, yogurt, and an orange) - fitness room and pool are closed. My coworker had similar experience and they changed his room 3 times as well."

"We stayed here for two nights. The room we stayed in made us feel sick the first night however we thought it might have just been the air conditioning so the second night we didn’t turn it on but began to feel more ill. The wall next to the bed we ended up seeing actually had dried up snot on it and so we started looking further and there was a blood stain on the side of the bed. The hotel only offered us a partial refund saying that we should have requested a room change but this is extremely unacceptable for what we found. The was found to be unsanitary and unsafe and we only caught on to it because we felt sick. My chest is tight and I have chest pains and my fiancé is coughing up mucus. We not have to seek medical attention. "

"Spacious and quiet room. Room was reasonably clean and all facilities in working condition but, the property was clearly dated. Breakfast was nice to have available but is a couple of notches below IHOP. "

"Everything was great. One elevator needs to be fixed scary but besides that amazing stay. "

"The line for valet parking was long, and even just driving in and turning around was difficult. Furthermore, self-parking and having to carry my luggage back was inconvenient."
