"WLan nur in der Lobby 2 Häuser weiter, Ausstattung veraltet und lückenhaft (kein Zahnputzglas, Bett extrem weich, Wasserkocher und echte Bettdecke nur auf Nachfrage), dafür neben Kurtaxe Sondergebühren für Parken auf Schotterweg (12 Euro die Nacht) und Endreinigung (30 Euro) - zwischendurch gibt es keinerlei Service, nicht mal Müll wird entsorgt. "Das Zimmer war u.a mit kleinem Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher bestückt und von der Größe her für 2 Personen mit Hund völlig ausreichend. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Auch das Bad beeindruckte durch Geräumigkeit und die ebenerdige Dusche. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr nett und auch sehr hundefreundlich. Das Frühstück war der Hammer. Es war alles da was das Herz begehrte. Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis hevorragend. Leider war es nur ein kurzer Trip aber wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Wir haben das Resort spontan für ein paar Tage gebucht und waren total zufrieden. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super. Wir konnten vor Ort noch all inclusive buchen und hatten zu dem schönen, geräumigen Zimmer jetzt auch noch drei Mahlzeiten, Kaffee und Kuchen und Getränke kostenlos. Alle Aktivitäten, wie Bowling, Kino oder Activity Hall waren im Preis inbegriffen. "Nice service, tasty dinner, relaxing spa area. They allowed us to use the spa area even after check out on the day of the departure. Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel. Just one thing, the hotel didn't offer seafood breakfast like smoke salmon or shrimp salad, which are typical for four star hotels in Germany (especially in northern Germany). The breakfast quality was otherwise okay, but with seafood the quality would have been significantly higher. "
