Tropical Charm

Beautiful hotel in lovely maintained environment close to the beach. Swimming pool and poolside sun loungers with additional sun terrace. Rooms really comfortable each with small patio area/balcony. Although small, this justs adds to personality of it all, where you become more than just a guest. The staff are friendly and so welcoming, and can’t do enough for you. Our first trip to Jericoacoara may alas won’t be our last. Certainly another stay at this hotel too! My wife and I didn’t want to leave, and we thoroughly recommend this hotel!

O hotel é um charme, bem cuidado. A limpeza do quarto é feita quando solicitado. Café da manhã com tapiocas e crepes. Equipe atenciosa. O único problema que tivemos, nem foi culpa do hotel diretamente, foram os “vizinhos” do andar de cima. Eram estrangeiros e não tinham nenhum respeito, faziam barulho e arrastavam móveis de madrugada. Subiam as escadas batendo os pés, lavavam itens de esporte na piscina e até fumaram na porta do nosso quarto que ficava no térreo. Total falta de noção e respeito com o coletivo.

Bom hotel, com boa localização, que só não é excelente por ficar perto do Café Jeri, que tem som altíssimo em ambiente aberto (rooftop), que impacta na vizinhança. Ao menos vai até às 22hs (23hs no sábado). Café da manhã satisfatório, staff prestativo, eficiente e educado. Uma piscina agradável. Tem restaurante que não experimentei.

Tudo é ok, nada é Wow. Passa mais pela frustracao de ser indicado como um 4 estrelas, mas tem perfil de pousada 3 estrelas. Limpo, e café da manhã ok. Bem localizado, mas conforto do quarto deixa a desejar oelas toalhas e roupa de cama. Uma classificação 3 estrelas seria mais apropriado e nao elevaria a expectativa dos hospedes. Vale considerar que o preço é de 5 estrelas.
