Tropical Charm

Beautiful hotel in lovely maintained environment close to the beach. Swimming pool and poolside sun loungers with additional sun terrace. Rooms really comfortable each with small patio area/balcony. Although small, this justs adds to personality of it all, where you become more than just a guest. The staff are friendly and so welcoming, and can’t do enough for you. Our first trip to Jericoacoara may alas won’t be our last. Certainly another stay at this hotel too! My wife and I didn’t want to leave, and we thoroughly recommend this hotel!

Para as ofertas da região, achamos o hotel muito organizado, limpo e de ótima localização. Achamos apenas, desconfortável, a logística e o local para tomar café. Como devia ser tomado na rua, embora com abrigo superior, o vento que sopra no local, incomoda e esfria muito rápido.

O funcionário que nos recebeu foi muito eficiente nos ajudou em nossa acomodação de maneira eficaz. O nosso quarto estava todo enfeitado com pétalas, cheiroso e limpinho. Por sinal a equipe de manutenção dos quartos estão de parabéns. Nos sentimos em casa. A vista para a praia ficou um pouquinho prejudicada por conta das árvores, mas não tirou o encanto do local. Tudo muito perfeito. Quanta saudade... Deixei para falar do café da manhã por último, pois ficamos mal acostumados com tamanha eficácia e gentileza no atendimento da equipe de garçons e cozinha. Que maravilhosa experiência. Uma frase para definir "Pura delícia". Parabéns aos administradores e funcionários da linha de frente. Foram dias maravilhosos sendo cuidado por vocês. Obrigado. O hotel é um charme, bem cuidado. A limpeza do quarto é feita quando solicitado. Café da manhã com tapiocas e crepes. Equipe atenciosa. O único problema que tivemos, nem foi culpa do hotel diretamente, foram os “vizinhos” do andar de cima. Eram estrangeiros e não tinham nenhum respeito, faziam barulho e arrastavam móveis de madrugada. Subiam as escadas batendo os pés, lavavam itens de esporte na piscina e até fumaram na porta do nosso quarto que ficava no térreo. Total falta de noção e respeito com o coletivo.

Cafe da manha com Tapiocas feitas na hora foram maravilhosas. Piscina grande, o unico problema e que tivemos que teocar de quarto pois quandona geladeira liga a televisao pisca, mas parece que tem esse problema em outros quartos, a vista do deck superior é top
