"Had an awesome time at the W. The whole place is super modern and has a great vibe, but the staff really made the stay for me. Everyone was so friendly and actually went out of their way to help with whatever I needed. Definitely a solid choice if you're in Amman!"

"Our first time booking this hotel and we do not plan on ever coming back. The first room never showed any picture or a description of it being a connected room to where we could hear everything that was happening next door. Severe lack of ventilation/air circulation. The staff? Very rude. You’d have a question and they’d always give you an attitude or show a lack of attention to the matter. We were then switched to another smaller room without a price change or some money back. The room still needed fixing and they placed us in it."
