We had a pleasant stay of one night in the hotel. The hotel is quiet, small and in the traditional style
we like, The location is in the Korean Traditional House area and is closed to the tour sites we would like to visit. The check-in was easy, we went there early and there was no problem. The hotel manager was very friendly and told us about the surroundings and places to eat. We had to leave really early the following day to catch our long distance bus. He helped us to get a taxi and made sure the taxi driver understand where we are going. Although when we checked in, he did not seem to remember we made our reservation through hotels.com, maybe there was a 3rd party website that handled the reservation.
One suggestion to Hotel.com, please list the hotel address in the local language as well as in English. About 10 taxi drivers refused to take us since they cannot understand the English address and we were in the rain.
