This is a fabulous destination if you're looking to fish off the rear dock or just sunbathe. The Bungalow can accommodate up to a 35' boat with proof of insurance on the boat prior to arrival. The Bungalow is equipped with FREE High speed Internet. Situated on a deep water canal of the Indian River Lagoon (Intracoastal waterway). The Dock is equipped with a convenient fish cleaning station and water supply on the lower deck of the dock. Restaurants and stores within walking distance.

Great bungalow with a dock

Love the location, perfect two bedroom with water access by the boat and walking distance to the beach. Very clean and well equipped. Enjoyed staying here!

Clean and comfortable.We had a relaxing stay. We enjoyed sitting on the dock one evening but that night I was totally covered in mosquito bites. So for future renters bring lots of bug spray.Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Lots of good restaurants in area.

2 week get-a-way

The house was clean, in a great central location, and exactly as listed. We brought our boat and the dock worked out perfectly. Several great places to eat and the beach were within walking distance. Overall, we loved it and plan to go back!

Great place

We came down for a charter fishing trip. We will definitely be back with our own boat. Plenty of room for everyone a nice quiet place to relax on the dock at the end of the day.

Delightful Dockside Bungalow

We enjoyed our five week stay at this Hutchinson Island treasure. Hostess Lisa offers a welcoming home away. The property was clean, well-equipped and in a great location. We would love to stay there again. Thank you, Lisa!

Perfect mellow bungalow for 2-4

Lovely canal side bungelow, super spacious for a couple, plenty of room for 4 also. The deck and dock area as well as the table in front almost double the living space. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is galley style but fully equipped. the bungalow was immaculate and stayed bug free for a month which is difficult in Florida. Good food options in walking distance, all the lovely open beaches you can dream of between 1/2 mile and 5 miles away. Next time we come I’ll bring a boat, the dock and available slip is a great option for a boater.
