Beach Condo/ Island Beach Resort/No Cleaning Fee/ Condo 415

Condo 415 at Island Beach Resort is on the 4th (top) floor and overlooks the parking lot and Nettles Island across the street. This condo has three flat screen TVs, three balconies, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the spacious living area has a queen size sofa bed. In less than 30 seconds you can be on the beach with a famous Rum Bucket from Shuckers. Condo 415 is perfect for families, since it's one of only four two-bedroom, two-bathroom condos onsite.

Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.

Third party sites like Airbnb may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to Airbnb and does not get paid to the host or property owner.

Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006. We'll make every attempt to accommodate early check-in requests, but we cannot guarantee them.

A: Dishware, dinnerware, silverware, glassware, limited qty of pots/pans, limited serving utensils, blender, drip coffee maker, 2 kitchen towels, 2 dishwasher tablets. Guest should bring coffee & filters, condiments, extra paper towels, and trash bags.

Q: What linens are provided?
A: 6 pool towels, 12 bath towels, 8 hand towels, 8 washcloths, black makeup washcloths, bathmats. Please, no linen exchanges.

Q: What other amenities are provided?
