Condo 310 at Island Beach Resort is on the third floor has two private balconies with seating. It has two flat screen TVs, two beds, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. This NEWLY RENOVATED condo has marble and tile throughout with limited edition artwork and upscale modern decor. We call the non-ocean side our "sunset side" because the South Florida sunsets are beautiful each evening. SOME AREAS ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION, PLEASE CALL TO SEE IF A DISCOUNT APPLIES TO YOUR BOOKING.

Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.

Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.

Third party sites like Airbnb may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to Airbnb and does not get paid to the host or property owner.

A: Dishware, dinnerware, silverware, glassware, limited qty of pots/pans, limited serving utensils, blender, drip coffee maker, 2 kitchen towels, 2 dishwasher tablets. Guest should bring coffee & filters, condiments, extra paper towels, and trash bags.

Q: What linens does my condo have?
A: 4 pool towels, 6 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 washcloths, black makeup washcloth, bathmat. Please, no linen exchanges.

Great Location, perfect for us!

This was the perfect place for our family of 3 (2 adults, 13 year old). Location was central to everything we needed and the unit itself had what we needed. The designated parking was a plus because the spots outside the gate fill up with the restaurant patrons, but if you have a large vehicle navigating the lot is tricky. We would definitely book here again!

Visit to Jensen Beach

The unit was quite nice and having the restaurant on the premises was a real nugget. I was a little surprised at how narrow the beach was....as I had heard so many good things about Jensen Beach.

Needs to be gutted.

Wallpaper is peeling off the walls, shower is rusty, inadequate supplies(I.e. no paper towels, kleenex's or extra garbage bags.). Then, an alarm on a pump in the parking lot went off all night so we got no sleep. I would think a management company should've been notified of the problem and fixed it. Rather than showering there the last day it was better to go home dirty. The overall appearance is dated and dirty. Carpet was dirty and worn out.
