"Right outside of the airport was great, especially since our flights were changed due to delays. Coming in after 11 pm and only needing to go a short distance was great! The woman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. "

"The hotel was in a great location to stay while I had a family member in the hospital across the street. It wasn't super busy and the front desk staff was great about letting us check in about an hour early and getting extra coffee pods and a toothbrush that was forgotten at home. We also accidentally left a hat and they agreed to hold it at the desk until I could return to pick it up a couple days later. There were a couple of tiles in the entry to the room that were popping up, but overall a great stay. I didn't have breakfast there due to my family member in the hospital but the restaurant on site was good as well."

"It smelled so good when I first walked in. I ALWAYS double check the bed before laying down for bedbugs. There was none. Bathroom was clean. And the breakfast options were good. I hope they keep it up because I would love to stay here again if I’m passing through Albany. "
