From the Front counter, restaurant to housekeeping staff were friendly and very helpful at all times they have a free option to take you for your food shopping, Jimbaran beach etc..I believe that was a good touch to the already great service. The Villa is fantastic modern, vert tidy and the pool was always cleaned by staff everyday very private and spacious. The web app was very handy, the staff always replied to our shopping needs, laundry etc. The chef also had a variety of options and the buffet was delicious with a different twist of food everyday again the staff was amazing there. We tried the royal spa that was great and the loungearea was a fun touch to the place.The price was well worth it my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. What an experience 10 out of 10 Thank you. We will be coming back in the future for sure.

We had an absolute dream vacation at Puri Sebali. We love the property and we loved our room, but the wonderful staff were what made it an absolute dream! They were the best we have ever experienced! In the dining area, Rosi always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and wanted – – and more. Eri was superb as well as the other supportive staff. Our room was always left, clean and neat, with fruit and water left for us every day. In the evenings, the turndown service left a bedtime story and cookies on our bed. We can’t wait to come back! You will not be disappointed.

Privacy in a large 400m2 green walled garden villa with pool. Quiet. The twice daily room clean conducted whilst you were dining was above and beyond many very expensive properties we have stayed in. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Restaurant was good with an Indonesian menu. This property is away from the beach area and restaurants but they do provide transport free of charge to get you there and back. For a restful experience we highly recommend it.

This was an amazing property with the best staff that were very kind, professional and attentive. We chose to stay here for our honeymoon and had nothing short of an amazing time.

Wow wow and wow!!’ This was an amazing first class experience the staff April Ratti and many more Yoga that’s all the names I remember right now oh yea and our Driver Madi! I am vegan no dairy no milk no eggs never had any issues the food is first class and made fresh at every meal! We shared a 2 bdrm villa towels fresh bed comfy and mosquito nets drawn every evening the room is made up as soon as you leave they always check with you! Toiletries are provided as well as a robe and slippers..wifi was great and no converter needed Fridge/microwave our own private pool beach towels provided water fresh every day and in the bathroom so you don’t drink the water! If you want somewhere quite authentic clean with friendly caring funny staff this is the place! Great variety of food and catered to your very need we did the cooking class oh my was so much fun. So I’m vegan my sister doesn’t eat bell peppers(allergic) no meat but eats fish and we’re all lactose intolerant and they catered and made the food amazing tasty fresh just perfect! I celebrated my 60th birthday with my 2 sisters best birthday ever why because of the staff they made this vacation Seminyak beach is a 10-15min walk if you don’t get lost (we did) or a 3min shuttle ride depending on traffic! Beach is amazing lots of shops boutique’s currency exchange and very very safe! Loved it so much will be back next year oh yes we did half board! This would be a seriously romantic getaway for couples too
