Three bedroom Villa with a sea view and a private pool

Villa Anabela is a luxury seafront villa with large garden and private swimming pool. It was completely refurbished in 2019, based on combination of traditional stone walls and modern days amenities. Furnishing is done in classic style with matching contemporary pieces.

This seaside Villa is set in Zavala and has a spectacular view! It is a perfect for family getaways or group of friends looking for large and comfortable accommodation. Secluded, away from hustle and bustle, it has every modern amenity you could want or may need.

Ground floor consists of a classy kitchen, large living and dining area, making more than 50 sqm of open space. There’s also a separate toilet and utility. One bedroom is on the ground floor with en-suite bathroom while on the upper floor there are two spacious bedrooms and each has its own luxury en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms overlook the sea where two smaller ones have private terraces. The master bedroom has magnificent view, which one can enjoy right out of the hot tub! Bedrooms and living area are all individually air-conditioned. A large patio terrace has also a sea view. Just in front, there is a pool with sunbathing platform while surrounding garden bursts with greenery.

The pool has more than 40 sqm, with massage sitting area and app 8 sqm of shallow end perfect for sunbathing or for small children to play in.

Parking is available onsite and is private. Pets are allowed on demand. Parties are allowed with prior request.

The beaches in Zavala are the cleanest on the entire island. They are mostly pebble beaches made by nature and the sea. In Zavala, other then great beaches, you can also find a market, seaside cafes, restaurants and a cocktail bar by the sea. The Villa is about 5-10 min walking distance from the nearest beach.

Very comfortable villa with all you need to enjoy your vaccation to the fullest! The infinity pool has an insane ocean view with a barbecue station right next to it. Every bedroom has his own bathroom with an high Standard and includes air condition. The Host Ana is very friendly and every request was responded in a fast manner.
