Luxury Villa Pearl of Hvar with Swimming Pool

  • The Luxury Villa Pearl of Hvar is located in Zastražišće, a small village in the middle of the Island of Hvar. This pet-friendly villa can accommodate 10 persons, what is ideal for a family holiday with children or bigger groups of friends who travel together and picked Dalmatia as their vacation destination. Here you will have guaranteed privacy fulfilled with luxury amenities. A sauna, jacuzzi, private swimming pool, fitness center and a tennis court are just some of the amenities that the luxury villa Pearl of Hvar offers you.
    Near the villa is a separated studio apartment which can be used by staff or if you want some privacy. The villa has two floors. On the ground floor are a living room, dining room with a modern and fully equipped kitchen a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom as well as two more double bedrooms sharing one bathroom. On the other floor are two more bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom, as well as the living and the dining room, have a direct access to the terrace.
    The main dining room is blended with the living room. It is modernly furnished and has a fireplace. Besides the modern kitchen, there are also a built-in barbecue, outdoor mini-bar and an outdoor dining area where you can prepare meals for your loved ones. We can also arrange a chef/cook service with a surcharge.
    In front of the villa and terrace are a spacious sun deck with an outdoor shower and big swimming pool. This area is ideal for relaxing in the afternoon while drinking a refreshing drink and enjoying the nature.
    The stone plated walkways connect the villa with the tennis court and a bocce game field. The tennis court on the property is fully lighted with reflectors, so you can enjoy a game of tennis whenever you like. The sauna and jacuzzi allow you full relaxation, as well as a massage table where we can arrange massages on request. The villa has also a fitness center equipped with the latest machines where you can work out and be fit every day.

Private luxurious villa and great service

I would rate our stay in this amazing villa 10/10. We were 2 couples with 5 teenagers in total and we spent a relaxing time on Hvar island. The house itself is luxuriously furnished, with many useful details. The kitchen was of perfect size and you can find all utensils and appliances needed for cooking here. We went several times for grocery shopping to Jelsa, but due to pandemic reasons, we didn't want to spend a lot of time in the bigger towns. Our concierge agent recommended us several beautiful beaches that were not so easy to find but they were out of this world and what was most important to us, almost with no other visitors!

Very special holiday place

Amazing place for relaxing holidays! Very spacious, clean, with lots of amenities including a hot tub, tennis court, and barbecue. 5 spacious bedrooms and a large pool, everything was clean and the onsite host was very friendly. Villa is in a remote location so it is recommended to hire a car.

Amazing holiday experience

We were longing for vacation more than ever this summer. Booking this villa and taking the holiday was the best decision we made! Villa is perfect and it is located near the small village, away from any hustle and bustle. Villa manager stocked the fridge before our arrival and prepared a delicious local meal for us on arrival day. The service was amazing. Villa is very well maintained and fully equipped. We enjoyed ourselves a lot at the pool but we also explored beautiful beaches all around the island.

Very luxurious brandnew house. We were the first guests here. I would definitely suggest everyone to stay hear. Peaceful and quiet surroundings. The host helped us with everything we needed like transportation to the city of Hvar.

Wonderfull stay

We had a wonderful stay at villa Pearl Hvar. The villa was fabulous, well furnished and decorated. But most of all the views from inside the villa and its private garden are priceless. We all agreed we must return next year as its the perfect chill out location.

The pictures don't do this place justice, the view is even better in person, and the perk of having your own separate bedroom with your own control for air conditioning temperature was a huge bonus. Don't hesitate to stay here!
